How do I contact the Billing service ?

You can contact the team by using the contact form in the public part of the site and by selecting the option "Administrative and financial questions". If you are already a client, a contact form can be found in the "Support" section of your private space.

Where can I find my invoices ?

All of your invoices, concerning all types of solutions, can be found in the "My invoices" section of your private space.

How can I receive a copy of my invoice ?

After each order or renewal, you will receive your invoice via email in a PDF format. You can also download a copy of your invoice in the "My invoices" section of your private space.

How are the invoices sent ?

Only electronically. By email or downloadable from the "My invoices" section of your private space.

Can I have the invoices sent to another email address ?

Invoices will only be sent by email to the address you indicated in your personal information details. It is not possible to have them sent to another address.

Why haven't I received my invoice ?

After an order has been finalized you should receive the invoice by email. If you do not receive anything on the same day, check your junk mail; it is possible that the message has been mistakenly considered as undesirable. Qual.IT also suggests that you check that you have entered the correct email address in your personal information details. If the problem persists, please take contact.
